As much as I try to avoid it; sometimes I am unable to answer my phone throughout the day, as I am often working on client’s projects and jobs.

I will always attempt to answer my phone if it is safe and convenient for me to do so. However, please be aware that in some situations being temporarily unable to answer my phone is unfortunately an unavoidable consequence of being a tradesman.
